Age Restriction

The TouchPoint till software can be configured to restrict the sale of certain products to underage members.

Email Promotions

Targeted email promotions can be set up and sent to customers based upon their spend and other information such as birthdays.

Full Stock Control

Monitor and order stock items at the right time from TouchOffice Web. Schedule and place orders easily and keep track of your ins and outs. Report on wastages and returns, and use stock variance to investigate missing stock.

Members Expiry and Birthdays

Keep track of members’ birthdays and manage expiry dates so that members have to renew their annual membership.

Photo ID

Swipe a membership card at the TouchPoint till and the member’s photo can be displayed confirming the identity of the holder.

Points Schemes

Encourage the purchase of products that may not be selling so well with a point system for deferred discounts on selected lines.

Pricing Structures

Reduced pricing structure can be set up for members whilst non-members still pay standard rates.

Security

The POS system includes a clerk audit trail and the option of CCTV journal overlay. In the case of theft and mishaps, you have the facts.
